It’s made with fair-trade organic cane sugar, lemon juice, lemongrass, zest and contains quinine.

Use it for zesty G&Ts or for dry, grown-up non-alc drinks. Garnish with lemon, thyme or cucumber.

Cola Six soda syrup is a light and crisp cola that bursts with lime and floral notes and is the best cola around. It is named for the six main flavours; lime, orange, cinnamon, kola nut, coriander seed and lavender. But also because it took six years to perfect the recipe, phew.

Using the zest and juice of Valencia or Naval orange depending on the season alongside lemon zest and juice for a refreshing citrus backbone. With added roasted dandelion root, kawakawa and hops for bitterness and floral notes and organic cane sugar for natural sweetness.
